A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a plot of 2500 m2, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The habitat is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

You can count on privacy, the cottage itself is surrounded by a grove. The cottage is located in the colony of the village of Giławy. The cottage is open all year round and is electrically heated.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).
