A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops serving everyday needs, are in walking distance. Right behind the house, some hiking trails start. The journey to the center takes about 5 minutes. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Bed linen and towels are always available. In case of using your own bed linen, there is a 250 CZK discount!! I recommend taking a swimsuit with you (Aquapark approx. 30 km)

Our house is located 2 km from the city center of Deggendorf at a slight altitude. The loosely built housing estate is located in the middle of the countryside without through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to enjoy a relaxing hike. The apartment with en-suite bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping roofs create a very cosy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy feel-good climate.
