Beautiful apartment a few steps from the heart of Zacatecas. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this cozy house ideal for families. TERRACE: It is for the exclusive use of guests and the entry of more people or the holding of events is not permitted. PARKING: We do not have a garage, but there is space available on the public road right in front of the house. It is a safe area and is monitored with video surveillance cameras. It is worth mentioning that we have never had incidents.

It's a quiet, crime-free neighborhood. There is common parking outside. We are located very close to a fast road, where in 10 minutes you will reach Cerro de la Bufa, one of the main tourist spots, and 5 minutes from the historic center of the city of Zacatecas.

The dining room area is very open and lends itself very well to family or work gatherings. It's a great place for families of up to 6 people or for people who come to work and are looking for privacy and good internet. It is important to know that no noise is allowed after midnight. No after-hours parties or loud noises
