Holiday rentals with lake access in Žabljak Municipality

The house was very comfortable and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Marija was a perfect host and replied to my inquiries very quickly.

We came for a weekend with children. The house has everything you need to live to feel at home. Kitchen utensils, spices, and also pleased with a large number of towels. The bed linen is clean and the beds are comfortable. A pleasant gazebo for breakfast, there are also heating radiators and a heated floor in case of cold evenings. The house warmed up quickly and kept the heat for a long time. Check-in was comfortable, next to the front door there is a special docker with a code lock. The house is 10 minutes by car from Žabljak, so it is best to come here with your car. Although taxis arrive quickly. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful and cozy weekend!

The property was as described and very clean. It was a bit difficult to find the house but Miladinka was immediately available and very helpful. It was particularly nice that the fireplace was already heated for us upon our arrival. There were still some food in the kitchen, probably from previous guests, so there was little space for ours. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay, especially the quiet and somewhat more secluded area.

Gorgeous house on a beautiful location. It's close to everything and also secluded enough. Very peaceful spot surrounded with woods, the house has everything you could need. Ivan and his family are the most wonderful hosts, they even made us breakfast! We plan to come here again for sure!

The Penthouse is very cozy and feels like a proper home. Amazing views. Roger was very accommodating about late check-out and in general really responsive. Location is about 15 min walk from Crno Jezero.

Lovely cabin with 2 isolated bedrooms and super hot water pressure in the bathroom! Great location - 20 minutes and we are at the most viewpoint in the mountains! Wow! The cabin is in a pleasant distance from the center. Some of the cabins looked at: they are just on the track. Here and among the adequate proximity to the neighbors and a garden area. I realized that for peace of mind, it's super that we chose this option. The first house of 5 during our trip to Serbia and Montenegro in which they cooked a lot and there was no desire to eat extra somewhere. Large fridge, full stove! You need to be prepared for the fact that the apartment is on the 1st floor and the doors are better kept closed from insects. + be sure to take slippers, there are no slippers in the house while they are not there, the floor is cold.

Great place to stay and starting point for exploring Durmitor National Park. They had a water problem, but we were smoothly rebooked to another apartment. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend this place to stay, just outside the door to see the snowy mountains, it seems that the Black Lake is only 3—4 kilometers away.The air was really fresh, I cooked my own dinner in the house.Especially comfortable is that there is heating and the heating time is until 9pm.Overall, it is very convenient, and it is not too bad for Zayak, so it is relatively easy to find.The host is very nice and very warm.

We had a great stay at Jovana's place in Žabljak. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and clearly explained, which made everything easy. The apartment was spotless and exactly as shown in the listing. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the bathroom was well-stocked with essentials like shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash. The shower had strong pressure, and the electric boiler heated the water quickly. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware for making meals, and we appreciated the free parking nearby. One of the highlights was definitely the view - waking up to the mountains of Durmitor National Park right outside the window was amazing. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

Vjera and her husband were the loveliest people. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable and went above and beyond to help us when our rental car wouldn’t start. Their place is exactly like the photos, it is homely and cosy. They left us fruit and sweets and even brought over absolutely delicious pancakes. The area is absolutely stunning, it blew our socks off! Would love to visit again and stay in their wonderful place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great walks especially around the lakes. Very quiet and good location. Our host was particularly proactive and sent us information before our trip and then gave us places to visit when we arrived. Highly recommend.

Tomas Kantun is unique. Scenic and insanely idyllically located at 1400m, the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets guaranteed. The family is super warm and provides you with all the specially made food (cheese, sausage, me) and ensures pick-up from the place, because it is really not possible to arrive without 4X4. Absolute recommendation for anyone looking to be in the area and want an authentic mountain and farm atmosphere. Think of cash for food and transportation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maple House! For all three days, the weather was so harsh that we found ourselves confined indoors. But what could have been a disappointment turned into pure bliss. The rustic charm of the house, the cozy warmth of the wood stove, and the dramatic mountain views from every window made every moment magical. Adding to the experience was Stojan, our kind, attentive, and ever-smiling host, who ensured we felt cared for throughout our stay. It truly was the happiest “confinement” we could have imagined!

Željko and his wife are wonderful people, very kind, gracious and generous. They helped us dry our tent which we totally didn’t ask for, but they gave freely, and they’re just super attentive to what we might have needed, like fresh eggs, or freshly baked bread, or showing us their garden, the bees and honey making equipment, ahhh such a wonderful experience, and the surrounding nature is exquisite.

The cottage is located in a true paradise, surrounded by mountains and lots of greenery. A rippling stream flows right in front of the house. We got instructional videos of how to get there. Arrived there was beer and wine cold. The neighbor came to say hello, unfortunately we couldn't understand each other. Still, this was a friendly contact, where we got a bag of walnuts even upon departure. Contact with the owner was about the app, but this was fine, everything was easy to find in the cottage. Which was also equipped with shower products, ample amount of towels, laundry detergent and a kitchen stocked with herbs and oil and even a dishwasher. We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location for trips to Durmitor national park, the Tara Gorge and Biogradska Gora. The water heater is not very large, we couldn't all shower with each other. But if you keep that in mind, that's no problem. Should we come back to Montenegro, I would love to stay here again.
