Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting,Jelena was helpful and check in/out very convenient.

We had an amazing time in Joanna's place, we hope we'll be back. The cottage was very cosy and we felt like home. We traveled with the six-months-old baby and the place met all our expectations.

It is a very nice place for our winter holidays, we loved our stay here! Fireplace is the best for new year You can drive to lake for a walk or to ski resort, all about 10 min. The beds were squeaky and some waterpump was working noisily at night, maybe you can check ways to improve that. But anyway the vocation was excellent here

What an amazing place to stay. We were a group of 6 and had the best time there. The house instantly makes you relaxed with its fantastic open-plan living room and huge windows out onto the forest. There are so many areas to enjoy together - separate seating and dining areas both inside and outside. A particular highlight for us was the sauna. It worked really well and it's easy to use and set to your preferred temperature. would love to come back and stay again

Slobodan is a wonderful host. We met near the house, and he guided us to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment is cozy and located in a convenient spot, near the bus station. There is a store nearby, as well as several cafes and restaurants

everything was great, the point on the airbnb map is not quite accurate, but the host sent more accurate coordinates. in this area sometimes the power goes out, this can be a surprise, but it does not last long and the stove gives enough heat and light. The house is very warm.

One of the best locations in Montenegro. I love this place and Stojan's cottages. I always return to the same spot. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the house and garden. Everything was really there (from towels to garden lounger) and clean. Vesna's briefing was excellent. Communication with Mirko worked flawlessly. The proximity to Zabljak and the NP Dumitor, as well as the quiet surroundings were perfect for us. We would book the place again. Thank you Mirko and Vesna!

Amazing two-story spacious well-equipped house with two bedrooms and a huge living room, very close to Žabljak. Incredible view of the Durmitor peaks from the living room, bedroom, and balcony. Enough space for rest and gathering together after nature day. Great heating, very warm house. There was everything for cooking, dishes, seasonings, oil, etc. The gas grill is very cool! A big supermarket is located 1 km away. Very smooth self-checking/check-out, it was very convenient since we didn't know our exact arrival time. Marko, the owner, was unbelievably kind and helpful. You can trust and count on him. 100% recommended for families or groups of friends.

Peaceful, charming, clean and friendly. Lovely unit with beautiful surroundings in a peaceful village. Jurica enjoys interaction with people and is generous. We have been travelling for 2.5 months and this is the best bed so far (good night sleep is always welcomed). The surrounding mountains and walks in the National Park nearby...sensational. Enjoy this place because we did.

A wonderful pearl in the middle of nature. After our first stay we divided to cancel part of our trip across Montenegro’s coast and to book this house again. This house is soooo special and soooo wonderful. In the middle of nature, super quiet, super warm decorated, there is so much more. It was so nice to sit on the terrace during evening/night or having a coffee during morning and just to enjoy the view :-) We love this house. Milos is a such a friendly guy and we had a chance to talk to him a bit longer. Thank you again and we are looking forward to stay there next year again.

The cabin was a lovely home for our time here in Žabljak. The groundskeeper was absolutely amazing, he was so helpful and lovely! All our needs were quickly met. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful airbnb! The most beautiful house in Žabljak! Peaceful area with nice garden in front of the house with great barbecue and a forest behind, like the fairy tale house. Very close to the Center as well as the ski center Savin kuk, Excellent location. The house inside has everything you may need...spacious and well equipped and also very well designed with modern furniture and appliances. We were family of four, we really enjoyed our stay in January, lots of snow outside but so cosy and warm inside. Nikolina met us when we came, explained everything, she is an excellent host! Look no further, if you are looking for a place to stay in Žabljak this is definitely THE BEST ONE! You are lucky if it is available!

The chalet is located in a natural area off the beaten tracks. Still, we could find it easily thanks to Nikola's very accurate description. The chalet is conveniently situated for day trips to Durmitor national park, Kotor or Pluzine (perfect for kajak, rafting or other outdoor activities). Nikola provided local recommendations, assistance and other amenities that greatly improved our stay. Overall, this was the best airbnb we ever found and we're grateful for Nikola's hospitality!

First, you must register in the Tourist Office and pay daily tax. The host doesn't not inform of this on the listing, house rules or in person. I was delayed doing so. The apartment was nice, clean and looked like the photos. I believe the shower was recently replaced, so there's no longer a little tub. The apartment has most kitchen items for an extended stay - pots, cutlery, dishes, microwave etc. There are basic tv channels and wifi available. Beka provided local information and recommendations about store opening time. The town center is about a 5 or 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is cute and mostly quiet, except for a few hours each day there are children playing, yelling and driving motorized cars in front of the apartment. I did notice a lack of cleaning supplies, such as a broom, dustpan and extra trash bags which would have helped keep clean during an extended sta with pets.. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Dusan's house is quite big and comfortable. The beds were great and the views in the living room (or actually from every room) were gorgeous: there's mainly nature and land all around, and a few neighbors in the distance. Something peculiar was air freshener in the house in some spots that happened automatically but this was definitely not an issue. We loved this place mainly because of the huge garden, it is well kept, and we loved having the room to run around with our children and play some badminton in the yard. We also visited the horse next door, a very friendly one (even though it seemed to have quite some room, it was a bit sad to see it tied to one of those long chains around a post of some sort, and of course this has nothing to do with Dusan!) Thank you Dusan for the great stay at your beautiful house. We would definitely recommend it, with or without children.

We loved staying here, the sauna was fantastic, easy to use, got hot enough. The internet was fast and reliable. Filip is an ideal host, and his helpers were all wonderful. We really hope we get to come stay here again some day.

Fantastic stay! The house was sparkling clean, very quiet and comfortable. The host was great, responsive, very kind and helpful. Location was just a couple of minutes drive from the black lake. Supermarket 5 mins drive away. Loved our stay, highly recommended

The house is spacious, warm and very suitable for winter days with carpet pillows and cozy blankets in every corner. Also suitable for summer days in the mountains when everything around is green and the weather is perfect. The hosts were available and responsive every step of the way we contacted them. More basics are needed that were missing in the kitchen such as salt, sugar, milk , tea for the first day when you arrive tired and it greatly upgrades the first evening. Highly recommend the house for a large group. We are the winemaker 8 people and it was great.
