BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

La Belle Maison is a Beautiful Charentaise country house built around 1850. 2 very spacious bedrooms with oak floors and amazing views of the rolling hills of the beautiful countryside. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen diner. The spacious lounge has oak flooring. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Free fibre wi fi. large private terrace and garden. Bed linen is provided. Guests are asked to provide their own towels, unless flying and case space is short.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. It sits in a woodland clearing just above the lake,a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed
