It is a tiny house that was also featured on ◾️international architectural sites. For ◾️consecutive nights, the accommodation fee will be discounted according to the number of nights.Please check with me in advanced. ◾️Accommodation is for up to 2 adults + 2 children (12 years old and under). The bed available for◾️ bedding is a "double".As an option, you can also use the two patterns: "double and semi-double" and "double and semi-single". Linens will not be changed for ■consecutive nights. There are no ◾️meals provided, but there are several shops where you can eat and drink within a 10-minute drive.There is a◾️ self-catering set. We offer◾️ home-grown organic, sun-dried rice. Parking is available for 1 car on the ■premises. 160-year-old renovated kominka house. 2300 m² site, 170 m² building.

We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. Take a big, deep breath and refresh yourself from the heart. ●Here’s what you need to know · There are many mosquitoes and insects because there is a garden with many trees. If you don't like insects, it may be difficult to enjoy. The facility is located in a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from having loud conversations in the garden or on the deck after 8 pm.

Villa Ocean Blue. Ocean & Mountain Views 110sqm

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.
