Gamseong Hanok Stay O-Won Stay: A special experience where you can personally play the kaya geum, the first instrument from Hwangnidan-gil

Owon Stay, a private hanok with a garden in the center of Hwangnidan-gil. This is a space where you can experience a special traditional experience of playing the Gayageum directly in the accommodation. Are you busy during the day and tired at night? Owon Stay is a private hanok for one team, and the entire garden and space are used exclusively. The moment you close the door, the noise disappears, and the speed of the day naturally slows down in the garden view, jacuzzi, and fireplace. The traditional gayageum experience in the property is a 60-minute program with a regular price of 70,000 won per person, and it is offered to guests at a special price of 40,000 won per person. It's a great experience for a family trip with your child or a romantic time with your lover. Create a time that is captured in photos and remembered by sound. Breakfast, jacuzzi, fireplace, living hanbok, tea ceremony experience, etc. are available free of charge, and major historical sites can be reached on foot.

The last house in the alley

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

Heery has left Hwangnidan-gil and created a peaceful and quiet new space near the Millennium Forest Garden in Namsan, Gyeongju. Enjoy a relaxing break in nature. Breakfast prepared in Korean (or Western) style is included, and We provide most amenities, including clean bedding, air conditioning, a private bathroom, shower supplies, and a hair dryer. (The accommodation fee includes breakfast.) The price is based on 2 people per room, and an additional fee (60,000 KRW per person) will be charged for additional guests. *Instead of a bed, bedding for the ondol is provided. *Toothbrushes are not provided. *Reservations for commercial filming are not allowed. El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.

Please check the address before arrival. Address: 7-24, Hwarang-ro 28beon-gil, Gyeongju This is a real Korean Hanok over 60 years old, where my grandfather lived. It is an old house. The ceilings, floors, doors, and windows show their age. Small insects may occasionally appear. If you want a new hotel or modern stay, this isn’t the right place. Fresh bedding is provided for every guest. Located in a quiet local neighborhood, 1 minute from Jungang Market and 10–15 minutes from major attractions.
