It is only 50 m to the grocery store. Approx. 7 minutes walk to the bus, light rail and a large shopping mall. 12 minutes by train to the airport and 33 minutes to the city center. The express bus takes 17 minutes to the city center. Large free parking at the property.

A room by the fjord

This is a room that contains two sleeping places. There are cooking possibilities, fridge and access to your own shower and toilet. There is also its own private, undisturbed quay and some fishing equipment. It offers views of the Raunefjord and the islands to the west. You can hear the planes, but the place is peaceful, scenic and undisturbed. Use of the sauna costs NOK 400 (electricity + cleaning). The water in the fountain is roof water. Bottled water is provided. Note that the toilet composts paper and feces and is only emptied when it is full. There is no flushing with water.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Cosy, modern apartment. Close to the airport and in a peaceful neighbourhood, surrounded by the beautiful, scandinavian nature. 16 min from the city centre by car. The apartment has everything you need, including some simple cooking options. There used to be gym equipment in the appartment, but that was moved to the garage. FAQ: «Is it within walking distance from the airport?» No, it’s about 10 min by car. If you want to go by public transport you will have to take a light rail and then bus.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
