The apartment is best suited for couples, possibly with one child. Double bed + 1 bed in the living room. Free Wi-Fi / TV and Chromecast. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. It's only 50 m to the grocery store. Approximately a 7-minute walk to the bus, light rail and a large shopping centre. 12 minutes by train to the airport and 33 minutes to the city centre. The express bus takes 17 minutes to the city centre. Large free parking at the property.

A room by the fjord

This is a room that contains two sleeping places. There are cooking possibilities, fridge and access to your own shower and toilet. There is also its own private, undisturbed quay and some fishing equipment. Here, you have a view of Raunefjorden and the islands to the west. You can hear the planes, but the place is peaceful, scenic and undisturbed. Use of the sauna costs NOK 400 (electricity + cleaning). The water in the tap is roof water. Bottled water is provided. Please note that the toilet composts paper and faeces and is only emptied when it is full; there is no flushing with water.

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.
