Gifu Castle is currently under construction and cannot be visited, but you can enjoy the cable car, the view from the observation deck and Squirrel Village. There are also hiking trails from beginner to advanced levels, so everyone from children to adults can enjoy hiking. The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year.
