Holiday rentals with beach access in York

Place was super cute and comfortable. It will definitely be on our list of places to stay when we come to Hampton for concerts at the Casino Ballroom. I personally loved the decorating touches. The bed, pillows and comforters were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, toilet tissue and paper towels, which we didn’t need but often we find that those are not in great supply. The water pressure and temps in the shower were amazing.

Amazing spot and so relaxing! Please was spotless and very comfortable! Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place for a weekend trip to Salem!! The location was perfect distance from Salem and very convenient. Michael’s apartment was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, and when we checked in there was free wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice little touch!! We would love to stay here again for a future trip to Salem!

Very nice place. Great views of the beach / ocean with direct access. Walking distance to all the places that are open in the off-season. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Great deck. All newly appointed. Perfect week.

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Great location! I loved hearing the waves crash on the beach as soon as you opened the sliding doors. It was magical to step out to the ocean at any moment since you are just steps from a beautiful and clean beach!

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!
