Great place to stay for a family! We had everything we needed. Clean like a high end hotel. Close to everything we needed nearby. 15 minutes give or take to Carowinds, our main destination. No negatives!

This single level, 5 bedroom home is on a beautiful lake with a very big yard and many activities (including kayaks, paddle board, dock, tether ball, fosball and fishing). The portable crib, high chair, small couch and outside chair in the children's area was very helpful for our grandson. The setting was very peaceful. There were many outside activities including the Whitewater Center, the amusement park and nature centers that we enjoyed.

He was very helpful and responsive, despite a few minor issues. I appreciated the flexibility to depart early in the morning without excessive cleanup requirements, which was a definite plus. Overall, it was a positive experience. The neighborhood was quiet and close to where our tournament was being held. I would absolutely stay again.

Nice and easy stay, everything was clean and comfortable. Close to Charlotte and plenty of other good spots. Would definitely come back!

Convenient and good location, nice home with plenty of space

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

This was a great place for our young family. Great parks very nearby and a super nice greenway within walking distance. Cool little downtown area with some fun restaurants and a nice little ice cream shop nearby too.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was spacious, close to everything and very quiet. We had a great stay and definitely will book it again.

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay here. Everything was just as described and the host was helpful and responsive throughout. This house is such a great space and in an absolutely gorgeous location, also very convenient to all the stores and restaurants you might need!

Malinda's place was perfect for our 4 generation, family weekend. We each had our own comfortable space to retire to at night and the living area and loft were perfect for being together and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with, coffee, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and electronic appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. Malinda's place was very clean. Every room was spotless and smelled fresh. Each bathroom had fresh linens, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner as well as cotton balls, cotton round and q-tips on each vanity. The home is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and is not far from shopping and restaurants. When messaging with Malinda, she was always very prompt in responding and answered in a helpful and friendly way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malinda's lovely place and would definitely stay here again for future visits to the Charlotte area.❤️

Ashley’s place was perfect for our needs! We live in the neighborhood and had 7 additional members of our family coming into town for Thanksgiving - having an extra four bedrooms and three bathrooms was such a lifesaver! The house itself has been updated and everyone said they were comfortable the whole time. We can attest that it’s a very walkable and safe neighborhood (we’ve lived here for 15 years). It is a simple ten minute drive into uptown, but certainly more affordable than some other neighborhoods around the city. I just wish this house was an option when we were remodeling our house a few years ago - it would have been so much easier to be so close!

Beautiful historical cabin, enjoyed the peaceful stay just my husband and I. We hope to come back in the near future.

The location is amazing for much needed quiet time. It’s very peaceful on the deck with a great view of the meadow. We enjoyed exploring the property. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful place, gorgeous property and area. Photos are exactly what you get! We thought our daughter was bringing her pups, but she left them with friends! But knowing they were coming, Tyler arranged for pet bowls! So sweet! Area is great, walkable and charming. Would definitely visit again! Fabulous place!
