Beachfront holiday rental in York County

The house was amazing and very spacious, everything we needed was within 20 minutes and it was just secluded enough that we didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone. Sarah was very quick to answer and was very helpful with any questions that came up! Would definitely recommend

This was exactly what we needed - so relaxing and peaceful, surrounded by water in a protected little harbour. The beach was perfect for wandering on and for playing with our daughter and the water is shallow and easy to access. Stepping right off the stairs into the sand was really wonderful. The cottage itself was perfect - it had everything we needed but without being cluttered, was immaculately clean, had a well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable beds. I really can't recommend it highly enough if you want a relaxing getaway by the water. Also, nearby there is a lovely little cafe, a little gas/station grocery store, and a farmers market.

Karen and Ben were the best hosts ever. They put so much care and attention to the little things that make a place feel like home. From the spare toothbrush and Ziploc bags to the tackle and rods. What was even more amazing was their rescue without hesitation. We were stranded in Fredericton with a flat and they not only picked us up that night but brought us around and back to town in the morning for our repairs. Gracious, caring, proactive and authentic are but a few words that can describe the hosts and lake house. Thank you for making us feel like we were staying with family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

Quite neighbourhood with quick access to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive all the time.

Jim and Gael are excellent hosts and we were grateful for the opportunity to live and share in a genuine and warm part of their family history. The house is charming, well cared for and full of personal touches. Nothing was overlooked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and happy stay; beautiful lake views were an added bonus!

Laurie was an amazing host and the place...WOW!! lots of space. very clean, had everything we needed. right on the water, and very quiet for the number of other places near by. wish we could have stayed longer, is my only complaint. thank you Laurie! we will be back next year!

This home was beautiful as well as the location. Far enough that it feels away from the chaos of life, but close enough to be able to run to a store. It was so clean, and fresh and was housed with all the things you could possibly need. This home is perfect for families. We did have some cut feet from clam shells, no fault to the owner so I would recommend sandles or water shoes for those with sensitive feet. I would also reccomend bringing some little toys to help occupy kiddos when they are out of the water. It was quiet, peaceful and enjoyed seeing the life in and out of the water. We also got to enjoy a great front row firework show over the 4th of July. My only regret is that I didn't reserve it for longer.

Had a great time at the Beachfront Haven ! We were the first ones to stay in the place, and it was immaculate. Would 100% recommend for a romantic weekend or a girls trip ! The host is really friendly and accommodating! Can not wait to be back 😊

Anna and Andrew’s place was an amazing stay. We came up from Cape Breton to do some ice fishing, we were nervous about travelling at first, but the stay definitely helped us relax. Andrew was quick to help with locations and even provided us with gear to help us get into some fish. Lots of great fishing, the hosts were more than accommodating and responsive, overall a good trip. If you’re looking for a getaway where you can feel comfortable, this is the place for you! 🙂

This was our 3rd stay at Jordan's location, we love the serenity and peacefulness this location provides. We will be back again!

This place was absolutely stunning!! There are two hot tubs and a massive pool. With beach access to a canoe and two paddle boards. The house has two kitchens, 6 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. It was beautiful inside and out. Had a great stay thank you for hosting us!!

Thank you for your patience, Cindy's place.The view of the river every morning was very much awake.Enchanted by the ever-changing scenery. The facilities of the building were sufficient, and the kitchen was very much used. The bedroom and sleeping comfort were very good.Our daily purpose was in Fredericton, but even if we were a little far away, we met Cindy and her husband, and our stay was an irreplaceable memory. I would love to visit again! Thank you very much.

What an absolutely beautiful retreat. The listing was very accurate, the photos of what you see are what you get! The Grand Lake area was absolutely stunning, and the suite/apartment we stayed in was comfy and extremely clean. There were a lot of beautiful little touches - comfy bed, tons of bedding and pillows, tons of comfy seating, a few snacks left for us, a nice welcome bottle of wine, outlets everywhere, a BBQ, lots of dishes, a propane patio fireplace... just great. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, including giving my wife a ride to the store while I was out of town with the car, so absolutely above and beyond what I'd expect. I would go back in a heartbeat, thank you Tim and Jen!!!

Very beautiful place - the view is breathtaking! The cottage is very nice! And the host, Line, is very responsive and friendly!
