Holiday rentals with a patio in Yonkers

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

I truly enjoyed my stay; I was here for a week. Aida and Arianny were accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable! Aida is kind — she made me this amazing tea and whenever I would run into her outside we would have a great conversation. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

Excellent host, Gonza is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean and had everything you needed and more! Even though it’s a bit of an effort to get to NYC I still prefer this over staying in a small expensive hotel room in the city, if you like peace and quiet then you will enjoy staying here! The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe which was the main highlight.

My Team was in Stamford for two nights to complete a job. The place was absolutely perfect. Clean, easy to find, and convenient to our job site. There was coffee, tea, and spices available to use. I highly recommend this airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at this location. Everything was clean and comfy with lovely, peaceful surroundings. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the gazebo and pool area which our children especially enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and courteous and also offered some excellent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this Airbnb. There’s usually easy parking by the apartment and it’s a short walk to the train station. The backyard that comes with this Airbnb gives you a great private spot to unwind after a long days work.

During our house remodel, my husband and I had to move out for a few days with our 2 kids and dog. This place was beyond perfect. Everyone had their own space and we felt very at home!

What a place! My now husband and I stayed at the Lake House for our first night as Mr. & Mrs! It was the perfect getaway for us — relaxing, peaceful, just what we needed! During a very busy weekend, Kirsten made our visit easier. Her place was more than able to comfortably accommodate our larger-sized family. She was communicative and welcoming. Her household instructions were clear and checkout was incredibly simple. I loved the forethought of having space heaters in the room for chilly nights. The home is older, so there are quirks that come with that. There’s also thick green foliage around her home, which can give someone with allergies a little trouble. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Absolutely loved my stay at 'Home in Greenwood Lake'! Everything was thoughtfully curated, from the cozy decor to the meticulously stocked kitchen. But what really impressed me was the attention to detail - even the books scattered around the house felt like a personal touch. It truly felt like I was staying in a home, not just a rental. Highly recommend!

Staying here was perfect for us as a family with two very young kids. There is plenty of space and a beautiful garden and patio area. We were able to park the car in a dedicated space which brought us straight onto main street. We had a gorgeous coffee shop on our doorstep where we got our tasty breakfast treats, and there are so many lovely spots to eat just a stones throw away. Highly recommend the Piermont Creamery for ice cream! We were there every afternoon! We stayed in Piermont before and it’s such a peaceful and friendly town. Mekdem was so responsive with all our questions and again herself and Skip were such lovely hosts. The house had everything we needed which was great just open the door and make ourselves at home. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our short stay in Piermont. We did a few walks into town to enjoy a few shops and restaurants and lovely view of the new Tappan Zee Bridge. Carolyn was a responsive host and the accommodations were nice, comfortable and clean!

Great, well-equipped condo close to plenty of activities. Michael was super responsive and made check in a breeze.

David was proactive and had a quick turn around time to help us with everything from checking in to finding all amenities, and helping fix issues really quick.

This Airbnb was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting our family in Hoboken and it was very convenient with the location. The walk to the train was not that bad. It was about 15 minutes. Would probably stay again.

We were so lucky to have such a perfect apartment while visiting New York. My elderly parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access and just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, transport. Will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at Joe’s place, it looks exactly like the description, completely spotless and clean. Very clear instructions and he’s always responsive. Felt right at home. I highly recommend staying at Joe’s place.

The location is amazing. There is a subway station within walking distance that makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is safe and the locals were friendly. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a laundrymat if needed. We had a small leak during our stay and Annie had someone there to repair the leak as well as extra towels before we made it home for the evening. Highly recommend for a family to stay here!
