This is exactly as posted. It is close to tourist places, very quiet neighborhood and clean. Meeting our expectations.

It wasn't too far from the station, and it was good for transportation to go out to the city, so I liked the clean and separate space for food.

Amazing place: great location, good places to eat nearby, accommodating staff and just all around nothing to complain about!

It was in a fantastic location, close to some great sight. The nearby train and bus station combined give you access to all of Tokyo. There's also great food within walking distance.

A little small for the price, but superb location!

エヌプラス was responsive to my queries and offered an option to store my luggage even after I check out. Since I had a planned day trip after my stay and had to head out very early in the morning, エヌプラス's offer saved me the effort to search for alternative luggage storage. Overall the room is spacious and clean. We were warned about the lack of elevator in advance. it was not a long climb. I was a little confused with the double lock system (facial temperature check plus key). that might be worth reviewing.

My stay here was lovely. The neighborhood was amazing, one of my favorites in Tokyo so far. So many cute bars and little restaurants. The Airbnb is definitely smaller than I anticipated based on the photos. I wouldn’t recommend having a lot of luggage here. The sauna was beautiful.

Was a lovely stay, great communication, beautiful location, easy check in and out. Has a lift for only luggage to make getting it to your room much easier! Would love to stay again!

Responsiveness from the Host Reasonable The location is a little far from Ueno station Easy to get to other stations Unexpectedly the cookware was in the bathroom Also, the tableware is not cleaned, the cooker is broken. Hopefully the host can replace it To appreciate the host is It rained heavily the day we arrived in Ueno My husband is unexpectedly unwell Would have only asked for early luggage drop off Early check-in available by the host on the day My husband could mention getting to a warm homestay to rest Thank you so much to the host
