The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Cozy Country Guest House is a 100 year old farm home out in the country about 5 miles out of Hallettsville Tx. Off of highway 77, we have a 75 acres ranch, with cattle and horse. Our main home is on the property too, we enjoy watching the cows and deer that come across every morning and evening, so hope you enjoy a cup of coffee, or and evening beverage relaxing on the porch. This is a very quaint country relaxing environment, hope you enjoy.
