The cottage accommodates 6 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails, slopes and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Villa Magia Sauna Cottage

Villa Magia is situated in Kaukonen village on the banks of the river Ounasjoki. Sauna Cottage as the other log buildings in the courtyard are from the late 19th century. Sauna is recently renovated to suit more modern comforts. The accommodation includes a convertible sofa, a loft bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, a coffee maker, plates, cups and cutlery. But there is no proper kitchen! And in the Sauna Cottage there is a Finnish sauna, of course with a shower and a toilet.

The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Rovankoto by HiYlläs

Rovankoto is a log cabin in the village of Ylläsjärvi, located in the peaceful Kotarova area. There is a ski slope and a snowmobile trail in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. The village shop is 3 km away and the slopes are 7 km away. Accommodation for up to 6 people is available in two bedrooms downstairs and a loft with two separate children's beds. One bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the other has a single bed that can be spread out for two people.

Ylläs-Ukko

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
