The apartment is lovely! It is a bright space, everything is new, and it is nicely set up for a comfortable stay. Having two full bathrooms is an added bonus. It is conveniently located for an easy walk to anything in central Yerevan, and because it faces the courtyard it is also quiet and serene. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Ara’s apartment . Beautiful clean, modern apartment with all you need. Excellent central location. The street is quiet, so you can get a goodnight sleep. Hot water is available at all times. Although we didn’t use the pool, but it was a great addition to the apartment. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ara’s apartment.

The apartment was great, Vazgen was very accommodating for our arrival. There are many supermarkets and several grocery stores nearby. The air conditioning was nice. Hot water was sometimes complicated to adjust. Thanks to Vazgen for helping me carry the suitcases 😄

The apartment looks exactly like the photos—just as beautiful in real life. It was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The instructions provided were super clear and helpful, and the view from the window was amazing. Also, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!

The most responsive hosts I've met in my life! Always ready to answer any questions about check-in, the apartment and the city. We showed how everything works in the apartment, I didn't have to look for anything myself. We were also available at any time. If possible, we will stay with Nelly each of our trips

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Nice house near the center of Yerevan. 10 minutes by taxi without traffic. There is a metro, supermarket and shopping arcade nearby. There were 10 people, everything fit perfectly, even there were free spots. Overall, I liked it, we would come again. The first day was cold, but then the house warmed up and it was possible to walk at least in shorts with a t-shirt even at -10 on the street. The host immediately responded, took out an additional heater for the room without heating. But a little about the cons. Take all the slippers at once, the house is not clean enough to wear socks or bare feet. I also had to wash all the dishes before using it. The audibility is quite strong. If someone talks loudly in the dining room, then at least in the two rooms on the second floor, you can hear everything perfectly. One of the pleasant surprises is stable hot water. You won't often meet in Armenia. It's usually very hard to set the shower to the perfect temperature, everything is great here

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

We loved being able to step out and instantly have access to so many fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, and great places to explore. It made our 3-day stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable, and we had plenty to do just within walking distance. Souren, the host, was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. He was attentive, responsive, and took great care in ensuring we had everything we needed. His responsibility and attention to detail truly made a difference. Wow! Not sure where to start. Svetlana was an incredibly responsive, genuine, and warm host. Her adorable apartment in the middle of the city was a gold mine! It was an absolutely amazing location walkable to everything in Yerevan, including restaurants, shows, historical sites, concerts, you name it! She was so amazing at communicating with me for all the needs of the four of us ladies staying at her charming Airbnb. I feel so lucky that I found her spot after searching for so long. All the amenities were there, it was clean and comfortable, phenomenal location ( truly- you cannot get better than this spot) and she was fantastic. We had such an amazing time and we’ll absolutely return to her Airbnb when we come back again next year! If you’re a history lover like me, you will LOVE this gem of an apartment!
