Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Yerevan

Let me start off by saying that Vahan was an excellent host. He was extremely professional and also picked me up from the Airport. This home is very clean and the location was great. It is next to a huge supermarket called Yerevan City and they have it all. This home was everything I need and some more. Thank you Vahan.

great location. perfect for traveling. 5 min from a great dining room. and 7 min from Republic Square. It can only be better to stay on the square itself. Thank you to the owner

The flat is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and located on one of the most important streets in Yerevan. It has good access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc; most of Kentron's important places are easily walkable, including the museums, Republic Square, and the Opera. The rooms are clean, the balcony is nice (and has a good view), and the flat came with all equipment and facilities I needed. Overall, it was very good for my stay in Yerevan.

I had a very cozy and convenient stay, I felt like it was home! Roomy, modern, clean, easy to keep clean, no rats or mice etc etc. Safe neighborhood that is close to EVERYTHING, no need for metro or bus to see the city center or to get to shops that I needed. The apartment was comfortable and cool despite being hot outside and I didn't need the air conditioner often because no hot sunlight came in the window which was also good because I could sleep better. With windows open, no street noises, no loud traffic, trains, or busy city sounds, just very cozy sounds like wind, birds and children playing; close the widow and hear nothing at all... Host was very quick to make my stay as cozy as possible! We had a language barrier as I didn't speak Armenian nor Russian and still she went out of her way to make sure I was happy! Only thing is some small details could be taken care of (Having toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap when I arrive & a fully working TV remote. Volume sound and channels ok, but no HDMI option for laptops etc etc), but over all I will consider staying there again for next time now that I am familiar with and know the location... We loved our stay at Narines! She was extremely flexible and quickly responded to any questions we had. The home is beautiful and very clean. it was way above average for the area, I was surprised to see a home with 3 bathrooms in Yerevan! It was a fantastic place to stay with an infant, crib was included. We will def stay here again for our next visit. Thank you for having us!

Sedrak’s place was in an excellent location within walking distance to the Republic square as well as restaurants and stores! Sedrak, himself was very responsive to our needs and checked in with us to make sure we were fully satisfied. The apartment was spacious and convenient! I highly recommend Sedrak’s place!

Andranik’s place is superb. I really felt at home at their place. Very cozy and peaceful. The host is very responsive and hospitable. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Because of these we fully enjoyed our stay in Armenia. The time in Armenia was well-spent. All-in-all it was great. Thanks for their hospitality.

The beautiful hostess tidied up the house every day, tidy up the house, and the floor was sparkling clean.Warm and hospitable family.Thank you Grandma for washing the dishes for us every day. Thank you Grandma for the roasted chicken legs and pancakes, which are fantastic.The house is very close to the bus stop, which can take you to the park, playground, the biggest Chain mart in Yerevn, the subway station, and the best hospitals in Armenia for only 100 Armenian drum. We arrived in Yerevan the night before check in, thank you for sacrificing your own sleeping time to pick us up in the middle of the night, thank you so much for packing us up and let us check in, actually only started calculating the room fee the next day, so the hostess let us stay one more day. This house everything you need for a a most comfortable extended stay. Excellent amenities, very clean and tidy, and it couldn't offer a better location to access any place in Yerevan. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything you'd crave, and there's a barbecue grill in the garden, fully operational for outdoor cooking. A special thank you for a fascinating library and the fitness room. Would definitely come back again!

Very pleasant stay in this large apartment , nice terrace with a magnificent view of the city and Mount Ararat, neighborhood very close to everything and quiet , I recommend
