Waterfront holiday rentals in Yeongtong-gu

This was a great location to stay in in Suwon! The Starfield Mall is really accessible with the bus stop in front of the accommodations and is one bus stop away from a train station (: Really loved having the mall downstairs to walk around at before heading to the airport as well. The only downside to this apartment is the size of the towels, it was smaller than we expected.

I stayed at this Airbnb from May 22 to May 31 and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It had all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, plates, glasses, a television, washer, and dryer. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The location is super convenient, with Galleria Mall, Lotte Mall, and Elport Mall all nearby. There are also plenty of cafés and great food options in the area, which made exploring the neighborhood even more enjoyable. We even saw a beautiful drone show over Gwanggyo Lake and watched it through our room window, just so breathtaking! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, she truly went out of her way to assist us and always responded to messages very quickly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

외국에서 사시는 80 넘으신 부모님이 장박으로 계셨는데 어려움없이 친절히 설명해주시고 신경써주셨어요. 부모님이 흡족하셨습니다. 저도 한국에 가면 꼭 묵어보고 싶어요. 너무 감사합니다.

집처럼 깔끔한 숙소. 보안도 확실하여 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 건물내에 필요한 모든 상가가 있어 정말 편했습니다.

문의사항도 바로바로 확인해서 알려주시고 안내를 잘 해주셔서 불편함, 어려움 없이 하루를 보내다 갔습니다! 숙소는 너무 깔끔했고 인테리어도 예뻤어요! 행궁동길과 거리는 좀 있지만 너무 멀지는 않았고 둘레길은 가까워 산책하기 좋았습니다!

I stayed here for 3 months, and it was a comfortable place in a great area. During the hot summer days, there's air conditioning, and for the colder winter days, Elliot provides extra blankets—though in my opinion, it shouldn't get too cold. If you enjoy hiking, prefer a quieter area, and want good restaurants nearby, this is the perfect spot. The subway Line 4 to Seoul and direct buses to Gangnam are also conveniently close. Elliot is very kind and does his best to make you feel comfortable. Gwacheon is in my opinion a nice beautiful and comfortable area !

깨끗하고 침대도 푹신하고 좋았습니다. 첫 가족여행이었는데 다들 만족도 높았어요. 사진에서 큰 수영장이 안담겨서 작은줄 알고 물놀이 신청 안했는데. 물을 받아달라고 할껄 그게 제일 아쉬웠어요

Fotos coinciden con el alojamiento, cerca de un metro qué podías ir a todas partes. Studio acogedor, con todo lo necesario para el paso, no lujos, funcional. buena estancia.

I enjoyed my two-week stay. It was my first Airbnb experience, and the hosts set a high bar. They were very friendly, responded quickly to messages, and took immediate action when I had questions. They ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Everything was so nice, very thoughtful host, and I wanted to stay longer if possible. For an employee who is looking for a place to start, definitely it would be best place in Suwon.

두명이 숙박하기에 좋아요. 반려동물 동반 가능해서 동생이 강아지 데려왔어요. 커피포트랑 밥솥, 전자렌지, 냄비, 후라이팬 등 어지간한 주방용품이 다 있어서 밥 해먹기에 좋아요. 거실에 긴 테이블이 있어서 앉아서 대화 나누기에 좋습니다. 10평대 크기인거 같고 침실(침대2), 화장실(깨끗), 주방, 식탁 있는 공간으로 되어있습니다. 청결도가 만족스럽고 호스트분도 무척 친절하십니다. 주변 길가에 차 댈수있었어요. 바로 앞에 동네슈퍼 있어서 간식거리 살 수 있어요. 오산천도 바로 앞이라 산책할 수 있어요. 거실이 좀 더 넓어서 티비볼 수 있으면 좋을텐데 그런거만 좀 아쉽네요. 잘 쓰고 갑니다~

파주에서 맘 편히 머무를 수 있는 최고의 공간입니다. 특히 테라스가 있어 멍때리며 노래 들으며 맥주 한잔 하기도 굉장히 좋아요! 침구류, 수건 등등 엄청 깨끗하고 없을것까지 다 있습니다 최고👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

가격이 저렴하다고 할수는 없지만 그래도 야당역 바로 앞에 있어서 인프라가 좋고 깔끔하고 편합니다

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.
