This place is sooo cute!!! I don’t think the pictures give the stay Justice. It was more than what I expected. My room was a standard Korean apartment shared with one more individual. You have everything you need and feels homey. Location in my option was perfect, it’s in Gangnam but more the neighborhood side, the part where not too many pay attention too- I thought that was perfect in its own way. About a 15 minute walk from a riverside park which feels like magic in the spring. Loved it here.

The place is really nice, it is small but comfortable. The bus, mart, cafes and convenience store is really easy to access by foot. The SNU shuttle bus is also accessible after about 10 mins walking down the hill. The heater works well during winter and the air conditioning is great during summer. The bathroom is clean and there is a small window which is really nice. I stayed for almost 5 month and had a really great stay! Helena is such a great host too! My room does not have the microwave at first so i asked her and she prepared it for me right away and she also checked up on me most of the time asking me if i needed something during my stay.

I had a lovely long stay at JinJu’s place. The home is equipped with plenty of amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste l, shampoo, conditioner, etc. And there was even free beverages in the refrigerator and workout equipment which was a great touch. I really enjoyed my time here, it felt like a home away from home.

Would stay again. Enjoy’d the residence and local area.

The host was excellent. I felt very comfortable during my stay, and my privacy was respected. The apartment is stylish and clean — I was pleased to stay there. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

정말 좋았어요! 반려동물 동반 되는 곳 찾다가 예약했는데 강아지도 무리 없이 잘 지내고 따뜻하고 좋았습니다 :)

집이 번화가에서 사알짝 벗어나 있어 시끄러운 것도 없었고 먹거리도 많아 가족들하고 하루 묶기에 너무 좋았어요 그리고 방에 난방을 미리 해주셔서 따뜻하게 묶다가 갔습니다 (가습기 같은게 하나 있음 좋았을거 같아요) 아쉬운 점은 밤에는 집 앞이 어둡기도 하고 계단에 안전손잡이가 한쪽이 없어던 점입니다

세탁기 빼곤 전반적으로 좋았습니다

Excellent Host. She was very accommodating. Very thoughful host, bed is heated. Kitchen is good with small induction stove, mini fridge and microwave. Loved the rooftop. Easy transportation access to 2 lines for easy traveling. Great internet connection. Highly recommend.

기회가 된다면 다시 한번 꼭 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다. 편하게 잘 지내다 가요. ^^

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Logement spacieux et parfait pour 2 familles. Lave-linge et sèche linge à disposition. La terrasse est un plus pour se relaxer. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Séoul! Grand merci.

The space is bigger than I expected and exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable although the blanket was not super warm, the ondol floor heating was enough. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to do a late check out when we asked! The location is also very convenient, although it is on a bit of a hill it’s not anything too terrible. Noryangjin station is a great area pretty center to everything, about 30min in all directions. Just some things to note though, it is in the basement level however so it’s very dark when you wake up. And for some reason when I put the address into Naver Maps, it brought me to the north of the station but that’s wrong. Make sure you are going south and it’s across the street from a 7-11!

15일 동안 묵었습니다. 일단 위치가 정말 좋았고요. 바로 앞에는 버스 정류장이 있었고, 버스를 타고 5분도 안되는 거리에 지하철역을 갈 수 있었습니다. 그리고 굉장히 찾기 쉬운 자리에 있어서, 찾는데 시간을 허비하지 않아도 되서 기분이 좋았습니다. 그리고 주방 화장실 방 모두 다 깨끗하고 넓었으면서 있을 건 다 있었습니다. 깨끗한 수건과 준비해둔 칫솔들이 기분을 더욱 좋게 만들었습니다. 사진보다도 더 좋은 모습이었습니다. 무엇보다도 제 여자친구에게 한국의 첫 모습을 잘 보일 수 있어서 너무나도 기분 좋았습니다. 여자친구도 너무 마음에 들어했습니다. 그리고 서비스도 친절했고요. 항상 문의사항에 신속히 답변하시는 것이 너무 좋았습니다.

チェックイン時に少し戸惑いましたが、すぐに丁寧に対応していただき助かりました。キッチン、シャワー、トイレが備わっていて、3週間の滞在も快適に過ごせました。寒い日もありましたが、部屋はとても暖かくて居心地が良かったです。とてもおすすめのお部屋です！

Хорошая квартира, отзывчивый хозяин, быстро отвечает, разрешил нам на 3 часа пораньше заселится. Рекомендую.

침대가 편해서 푹 잤습니다. 건물 특성상 다소 습하고, 계단을 이용해야 합니다. 하지만 집이 안락하고 생각보다 넓어서 쾌적하게 느껴졌습니다! 세면, 샤워용품은 집에서 다 챙겨오는 것을 추천합니다..!
