Although it is in the countryside, there are shops in the neighborhood (2 minutes on foot), the convenience store is 1-2 minutes by car, and it is about 10 minutes by car (sashimi restaurant, coffee shop, etc.), and it is a somewhat developed neighborhood, so the amenities are surprisingly good. It is always a neighborhood with a lot of families and lovers, and there are many people who fish. ^ ^ The house structure is 2 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, 1 bathroom, and an attic, and you can go up to the rooftop through the outside stairs. On the rooftop, there is a table, barbecue fire pit, and hammock suitable for the countryside. El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
