Also, it's located in the city, so Geumnam-ro, Chungjang-ro, Dongmyeong-dong, and Yangrim-dong are close by, and Sajik Park is in view, so the scenery is very good. It is a beautiful two-story house overlooking the sea. On the first floor, my parents live in a space separated by a middle door. You can use the entire second floor. The second floor has a living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. (It is separated from the space used by your parents☺️). You can see the ocean from all areas of the second floor:)
