It is a location where you can walk to the National Library, Gazi Hospital, Başkent Hospital, Ankara University, Kızılay, Aşti bus station, many government institutions, Bahçelievler 7th Street, 3rd Street-Emek. Separate bedroom, double bed in the room, and an L-shaped sofa that can be opened in the living room (large enough for 2 people to fit). The building is a quiet, decent family building.

A minibus passes near the Anıtkabir house. It is also walking distance. Very close to the metro, dolmus and bus stops. Cafes, banks, food places, ATMs and many amenities are available on 7th Street. Therefore, the living room furniture may be different. But basically, it's in the same order and similar. * Obtaining ID from everyone is a legal requirement. It's the safest for you and us. * If you have a car, you can safely park in the places around the building.

Merkezî bir konumda bulunan evimde her şeye kolayca erişebilirsiniz. Velux Avm 50 metre yakınlıktadır. Dolmuş ve Otobüs duraklarına yürüme mesafesindedir en yakın metro 2 km uzaklıktadır. çift kişilik üç adet yatak odası ve tek kişilik bir adet yatak odası vardır. bu ilan çift kişilik yatağı bulunan bir oda içindir. Eve ait bir araçlık park yeri bulunmaktadır, sokakta da park problemi yoktur.

A warm and welcoming family home

Bu ev Batıkent'in merkezinde yenilenmiş harika bir ev! 3 yatak odası ve bir salondan oluşan evimizde geniş bir banyo ve ayrı bir WC var. 3 balkonu olan evimiz 3. katta ferah ve geniş. Güney doğuya baktığı için oldukça aydınlık ve sıcaktır. Binamızda asansör yok. Merdivenle 3. kata çıkmak sorun değilse, bu ev tam size göre!!
