Deveci Konağı is a 3-storey villa located about a 4-minute walk from the sea. This listing is for the 3rd floor of the house. There are 2 rooms on this floor, which can accommodate 4 people. Both rooms have air conditioning. There is a private kitchen and bathroom for our guests. Heating is provided by a combi boiler. A washing machine is available. There is also a private terrace for this floor only, with a seating area on the terrace. There is a barbecue suitable for guest use on the veranda.

You can have a happy, peaceful holiday with your family in our garden floor apartment located on the beachfront complex with a pool. Our flat is 1 km from the nearest market, 5 km from Gümüşyaka and 15 km from Silivri district centre. A maximum of 6 people can stay in our apartment. The complex has 24-hour security, indoor garage and semi-Olympic swimming pool. We have our own place with an umbrella on the beach.
