Chalet holiday rentals in Yellowstone National Park

Jake was really great and it was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend it.

This place was amazing to stay in. Very big, very spacious for a family of 15! A few spots where the floor was creaky but still good! A few windows didn't open but we were still able to open others and let the cool air come in. Even though this spot was has no air conditioning, it really didn't need it. I think the only time we were really warm was the first day we checked in. But we opened up all the windows as instructed and turned on the fans and it really helped cool the place down. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place for skiers to stay. Garage is set up perfectly with boot warmers, bench, treated floors, and ski storage. The location is great for ski in and ski out. It’s a slight walk uphill to the trail, but not too bad. When there’s snow on the road, you can literally ski from the trail into the garage. The view from the living room and master bedroom of the mountains is magnificent.

Jake’s Place was in a great spot for exploring Yellowstone National Park. I’d love to explore the local area more, West Yellowstone seems like a fun area but my schedule didn’t allow for any extra time there. Would recommend t hi us location .

Our stay at the chalet at the Reserve was lovely. Short drive to Yellowstone National Park, perfect place to sleep after adventuring. Space was clean and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised it felt bigger than the pictures shown, for a small cabin-it felt surprisingly spacious inside. We would stay here again!

16 Claim Jumper was an incredible stay! The ski in/out location is so convenient and the views of Lone Mtn and the Gallatins are wonderful. Plenty of firewood for the real fireplace and a hot tub right on the back porch with views of the ski run were big hits as well. Couple that with the modern, stylish, quality, comfortable accommodations which made the place truly exceptional.

The view was better in person than you can imagine. Great place, great skiing and will definitely be back.

This is our second stay with Mike and Shell and The Refuge is amazing. This stunning home has every amenity you could image in one of the most beautiful spots in America. We saw wildlife galore including antelope, deer, grizzly and black bears, marmots, moose, and so many more. We were able to explore The Bear Tooth Highway, Red Lodge, Lamar Valley, Cody, Mammoth, Old Faithful, and Norris, coming back to The Refuge each night to share a meal together and recap the beauty we witnessed every day. Mike, Shell, and the townspeople of Cooke City are kind and helpful. Only negative was that we had to leave. We will definitely be back…but this time it will not take us 6 years to return. Do yourself and your family a favor and book today. 10/10

We had a wonderful time in Big Sky and enjoyed evenings in the hot tub looking up at the stars and beautiful sunsets. This home was perfect for our family of 4, especially with 2 young children since we could walk on the trail behind the house, visit the small playground or drive within minutes to Moose Market and a variety of restaurants and 2 other larger playgrounds. Our kids loved the basket of snacks laid out for us, and we appreciated the coffee. The house was exactly as described, and the flexible check-in time was very much appreciated to give our kids a quick nap. All communications were very clear and prompt which is always appreciated. The location could not have been more perfect for us given the distance to nearby trails noted in the pictures of the listing as well as to Jake’s Horseback Riding and the Riverhouse BBQ. Thank you again for a wonderful stay in one of our favorite new places! We hope to be back soon!

Home was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Everything was well maintained. Kitchen equiped with everything you need, baths stocked with plenty of towels, and the hot tub clean and ready to go. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Modern Upper Pines Chalet.

Absolutely outstanding location with unreal views of the mountains! The house was spacious, clean and perfect for hosting a family vacation!
