It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

With fantastic views of the Sierra de Gádor, the house has solar panels and a charging point for electric cars with free parking. I also offer a visit to a farm I own with about 1500 almond trees!!
