The National Baekdu Mountain Arboretum is a 1-minute walk away, and there is plenty of parking space, so it is good for a trip. Electric vehicle charging is also available at the arboretum parking lot. You can enjoy a walk and stargazing in the spacious yard and the quiet neighborhood. The bedroom has 2 single beds, so you can use them separately or together. There is also a queen size mattress in the loft space. You can also cook with a microwave and induction stove. It is a small villa with a lawn yard and a large parking lot (concrete pavement), karaoke machine installation, pool use, barbecue, and fire pit, and there is no people around, so it is a place where you can enjoy a quiet rest for your family. However, if you want to use the swimming pool (pool), you must make a reservation one day in advance. Barbecue, fire pit, and pool fees are separate.
