This is a unique modern home on a beautiful setting. A circular, 15 sided layout with lots of light overlooking Keuka Lake. Well furnished in a country setting. Enjoy the fresh air and quiet. Internet from TMobile 5G. No network TV included. Guests should bring their own media devices. A HDMI compatible TV is provided. No air conditioning but high airflow due to fans, circular house and bluff location. Memory foam pad is available for use with futon or fold out. Monthly discount only Nov to Mar.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay. As of 2025, New York State charges sales tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space.

Close to Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, 1886 Tasting Room, 3 distilleries and Steuben Brewing Co. 10 min. to Hammondsport and 15 min. to Penn Yan. Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
