Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yates County

We were in the Ithaca/Newfield area for a wedding and did not want downtown Ithaca. This was 5 minute drive from wedding location and only 10 minutes into Ithaca. Ideal for us. It was clean, all the comnforts of home and Dan & Jackie were so responsive to any questions we had.

Joan made sure everything was lovely and comfortable for our stay. Her home was a short walk into town for the sip and stroll, which was so fun. She had wood set up in the backyard fire pit so we could enjoy a lovely fire in the evening. The front porch was enjoyable too. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great. She had coffee available for the keurig and the regular coffee maker. Everything was set up so nicely. We hope to return again soon!

We had a fantastic stay while exploring Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake! The location was perfect—super close to all the main attractions and with easy access to highways for getting to and from home, as well as nearby towns like Corning. The space itself was cozy and just right for a couples’ getaway. It was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with essentials like toiletries, towels, and linens. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was a big plus, and the smart TVs were easy to use during our downtime. There’s also a Walmart just a few minutes away in case you need anything last minute. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on a future visit. (My husband wants to give a special shoutout to the candy jar lol) Thank you for a great experience!!

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. While our plans were family oriented and we didn’t visit the village, the location is great and the restaurants are close by. Their remodel of a Victorian home is very tasteful and a great mix of the new and old. We loved knowing the history of the building. The staircase going up from the door is steep and tricky with bags, but it’s an old Victorian home and do-able. Would definitely recommend. I have family close by but if I need to, I’d stay again!! Laura’s place was perfect. The beds were comfortable & cozy. There were thoughtful amenities like coffee, water , and snacks. I loved how the place was decorated & Laura even provided an umbrella & doggie bags. So many nice touches! We would definitely stay here again. It was nice to be able to walk into town for lunch or dinner.

Julia’s place was exactly what I needed for my visit to my Alma Mater: great location, awesome coffee steps away, access to downtown super easy (where all the restaurants and bars are located). Geneva is a wonderful city and Julia’s place makes it easy to enjoy. Highly recommended without reservation.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay—it truly felt like home. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. The parking was excellent—safe, very close to the property, and even visible from one of the rooms, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was a big plus during our stay! Highly recommend!

Beth's apartment has lots of charm! we loved our stay and it is very walkable to restaurants and shops. I would definitely book this apartment again in the future!

Karen and George’s home was the perfect Finger Lakes getaway. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was super close to some of the best wineries, and they were just a text away—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 10/10!

The house was just as described! Comfortable with lots of space. There were two bedrooms and two living room areas with pull out couches. We went to a few of the wineries around; there was a lot to choose from! We loved sitting on the dock. Only things worth noting are the parking situation, where 5 cars are all that is allowed to be parked in the driveway. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but the owner messaged a few days ahead of time to let us know. This could be difficult if you’re having 12 people. There is an additional spot across the street where we were able to fit one more car, but it may not be enough space. Consider carpooling! My party didn’t care, but there were a LOT of dead bugs in the doorways, which could be hard to avoid at a lake house but felt like it was missed during cleaning. There were some dishes left in the sink and the dishwasher & the grill was pretty dirty, so it was also just missed during cleaning. Otherwise, our stay was great & we’d stay again!

Perfect location for a long weekend to visit the finger lakes. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we weren’t able to hike or bike as planned, but we did visit many wineries and breweries on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The house was spacious and clean, though it did have a faint smell of dogs. We are not animal people so we probably noticed it more than others. Loved being within walking distance to Point of the Bluff and Steuben Brewing! Highly recommend both. Wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor patio and fire pit. Would return!

Wow! Stunning views and peaceful silence were the highlights of Erik & Veronica’s property. A winery and distillery at the bottom of the driveway was an added bonus. Numerous wineries, breweries, and distilleries all within a couple minute drive. Erik was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. We will absolutely be booking again in the future! Can’t wait!

Lovely weekend getaway. Cozy stay inside and outside. Visited our favorite wineries. Nice quiet walks. Rained a lot but that didn’t matter with wood burning stove inside. His house offers everything to able to just bring yourself, clothes and food.

My girlfriend and I were in Penn Yan for a wedding. Paulina’s place was in a great location quick drive to downtown and the lake. We were only a single couple but there is plenty of room for two couples; the unit is overall spacious, two large bedrooms, 3/4 bath + additional 1/2 bath. Good value, I would recommend.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Luz is an excellent host. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with every amenity a traveler might need. In addition to a great apartment, there's a very large, well lit parking lot. Perfect!

This Airbnb was everything I needed and more! It was so much bigger in person than it looked in the photos—beautiful, super clean, and really cozy. It made the perfect peaceful getaway. The location was ideal too—close to amazing wineries, just about 30 minutes from Watkins Glen State Park, and not far from a cute Main Street with great food and shops. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or do a little of both, this spot is a gem. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!
