Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Yas Island

Moh was super responsive and his place was great! You can walk 30 minutes to reach the Masdar City Center and the MBZUAI University. Otherwise, you may need to drive. Moh gave me a ride from the airport to his place, and he is quite friendly indeed. I appreciated his quick and detailed responses! I highly recommend his place!

It is a great place to connect with nature, slow down and enjoy the peace. The location, the lodging and the experience were exactly what i needed. Ali is an exceptional host, extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely book again during kinder weather.

Mohamed is one of the best hosts that our eyes have ever witnessed. He was always very attentive, clean and cery responsive. Takes a lot of pride in his rental property which shows directly in how he treats his tenants. Accomodation itself was nothing crazy but very clean and perfectly described. Would recommend this accomodation for anyone that has a stay in abu dhabi, but i would also recommend having a car since it is far away from any activities. All in all great experience. !!! The room was exactly the way it looked in photos. Nothing extraordinary simple yet effective. The best part about the stay was host. He was fast to respond and helped me with literally everything from stay to experiences.

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!

I had a fantastic experience! The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing me to keep my bags after check-out, which was a big help. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent—close to Abu Dhabi Airport and Yas Mall, which made exploring the area very convenient. Ik heb een leuke verblijf gehad. Alles was zoals geadverteerd. Communicatie was helemaal top. Asad was heel flexibel en ik mocht eerder inchecken in verband met mijn vroege vlucht. Ik kom zeker terug! Ik zou dit studio zeker aanbevelen.

Hareb was very friendly and quick to respond. Very flexible and accomodating host. Place was very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

10/10 Everything was absolutely amazing. Shahzeen was extremely accommodating, always responsive within minutes if not seconds. Her hospitality as a host is unquestionable, we felt at home. I highly recommend booking with Shahzeen! Will definitely be booking with her on our next trip to Abu Dhabi

The facilities inside are just as great as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center. At first, I was a bit unsure because I had to wait a while during check-in, and the building exterior doesn’t look very impressive. But once I got inside, it was totally worth it. Tip for future guests: it’s best to contact the host about an hour before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall, a great stay and I’d be happy to come back!

Amazing stay! Perfect location for Yas Island parks and the F1 track. The apartment was spacious, clean, and ideal for our family of three (two kids). We loved being able to walk to all the major attractions—Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and Warner Bros. World were all nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and professional. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yas Island!

A good location if you want to explore Yas Island entertainment areas. It's all within 10 to l5 minutes drive. The place is relatively new and clean. Perfect for a couple or small family holiday. Easy chk in and out.

The marina view is stunning and the apartment is very spacious - overall a good stay there were some minor flaws here and there (e.g., a jacket was left on the balcony by don't know who / the bathroom ceiling makes strange noises when you open and close the door) but after you got used to it everything was fine will still come back for the view and the comfort level!

We had an amazing stay at Qasim’s place! The apartment was lovely, so clean and plenty of space. Everyone was so helpful with the questions we had and it was so close to all the spots we wanted to go to. Thank you so much to all of you, would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Yas!
