Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yao

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

The accommodation was as described and good value. Conveniently located near Umeda station for easily getting around Osaka. It is directly beside the train line, however with the (many) doors to the balcony closed, the noise is eliminated. As a group of 2 adults and 2 children, the room was just big enough - it would be perfect for 2 Adults sharing. Very convenient to have the washing machine available. Beds are comfortable.

Such a lovely place to stay. Extremely convenient, close to both subway and train stations, with a convenience store next door and a supermarket about five minutes away on foot. The tatami and retro furniture and decorations made for a calm and very relaxing couple of nights.

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

The location is the shining star here - this home is so close to everything you need and want to see in Namba! We loved the bustling streets nearby with shopping, entertainment, bars, and incredible food. We especially enjoyed the wagyu and wine at Yakiniku Nanatsuboshi Shinsaibashisuji (suggest making a reservation online in advance if you want a special meal in Osaka). This place is just a short walk from the Tombori River running man, but if you don’t like crowds, this area isn’t for you. The place was clean, and the free laundry was convenient. Note that the dryer takes a very long time (by American standards). The AC was strong and the tatami beds were very comfortable! Our group of 5 had enough space, although it’s worth noting that the common area is very small. There is a second full bathroom located just outside the apartment door, for use only by guests in this apartment. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Osaka!

The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city easy. We especially loved being within walking distance of the peaceful Fukushima Inari Shrine—it was a lovely spot to visit during our stay. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay in Osaka.

Very great place to stay. Very happy with being able to stay in a traditional Japanese house. In addition, it is quiet, and the amenities in the accommodation are very well prepared. In addition, there are good restaurants and familiar taverns around. - It was inevitable that it was difficult to use English. - Nevertheless, we were able to stay very quiet. It was also close to the station, so it was very convenient when checking in, checking out, and traveling. One thing I was a little concerned about when booking this accommodation was, "Maybe the amenities weren't too old," but contrary to my concerns, I was able to stay very comfortably. However, the stairs to the second floor are steep, so if you have luggage or are old in your family, it may be difficult to move. It is also important to consider that the Japanese house itself is not considered for heating, so it may feel cold. - Please refer to it when visiting in winter.. - I took a lot of photos during my stay, and I think they'll all be pictures of their lives. It is a gorgeous place located really close to Inari shrine and plenty of Izakayas. We had a lot of fun staying here as a group of friends.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was spotless — very clean and well maintained — and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely come back again. Very happy overall!

Check-in was a little later than scheduled, but they responded with a smile and the explanation was polite. The inside of the house, the futons and the goods were also clean. They also prepared BBQ equipment and cleaned up the charcoal, so we had a comfortable holiday without the hassle of cleaning up. In addition, they responded quickly to any questions I had during my stay, and it was very pleasant. Thank you very much.

The house we booked was a very beautiful house and our host Hiro is also an amazing person. it was a very private area and a very quiet and calm neighborhood. we enjoyed every moment we spend in the house. very comfortable and cozy. very well maintained and very neatly kept. all the items in his listing was provided. check in and check out process was smooth. Most importantly have to appreciate all the efforts put by Hiro our host by checking on us on a daily basis if everything is ok and are we short of anything through message and updating us with weather conditions and also providing us with recommendations on food and places to visit. he was very quick in his response. we never felt like a tourist in his place and neighborhood. he also made us feel very comfortable and felt like a second home. all his efforts and way of actions must be appreciated. we feel like going back again and again to this beautiful place. its worth it to book his house and 5 starts for Hiro and the house.

Traditional Japanese homes are very clean and cozy, surrounded by local communities.Convenient location,🚶‍➡️ a few minutes walk to Dongbu Market subway station🚇, Lawson nearby,🏬 convenient for eating, living and traveling. What surprised and delighted us was the hospitality, friendliness and generosity of the host family. The host is very responsible and has a strong sense of time. He picked us up at the subway station in advance and recommended a faster route to send us off. The host is very humorous and smart. Although we couldn't communicate, he could quickly understand what we meant. There was plenty of water and food in the room, because our flight landed late, we thought we would be hungry the first night, the host's thoughtfulness touched us very much🥹! During our stay, we were also fortunate to follow the host's family and experience the local food and music culture. The host's wife is very elegant and intelligent. She smiles warmly, just like a neighbor's aunt. We also talked to the sister about skin care and beauty and asked the brother for hair care and hair growth tips😂.If there was enough time, I would have experienced the host's wife and sister's beautiful kimono👘, it's a bit of a pity😔 Remember that there is a saying in Murakami's novel that people who meet will meet again. It is a great honor to have this wonderful time with the host family in a foreign country. I hope to have the opportunity to meet again.🎉 Best wishes.

we loved our stay at Yoshikata's place. The place was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was great with a number of train stations within a reasonable walking distance and plenty of eating place within easy walk. Yoshikata was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Greay location. Located just a block from Dontobori and a train station. Very clean and just like the photos. Host was very responsive and directions were very clear for check in.
