You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. This is the Hwangto Earth House Byeolmaru Pension located 3 minutes from Yangyang IC on the Seoul Yangyang Expressway. It is a traditional Korean house with a large yard with a lawn, a tree house, and an ondol. It is 15 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain and 10 minutes from the entrance of Osaek Seoraksan Mountain. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there is a barbecue facility in the garden. Within 20 minutes, there are Osaek Oncheon, Osaek Seoraksan Trail, Sol Beach, and Naksan Beach, so you can enjoy the mountains, rivers, and sea. There is a large lawn and a kids pool in front of the terrace in summer (July-August, not a heated pool). There are baby utensils and a mobile smart TV. The entire building is divided into two sections, and can be separated by an intermediate chassis and used independently. As it is a little away from the city center, you can spend a quiet and peaceful time with your family, colleagues, and friends. It is located 10 minutes by car from Jukdo Beach, a major tourist destination, and 10 minutes from Jumunjin Seafood Market, so there will be no major problems considering the schedule or preparing the necessary items. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
