Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

Retreat to your private, cozy, hand built rustic stone cottage with modern conveniences. Nestled in the foothills of the Blackall Ranges on a 15 acre hobby farm. Take a break from your busy city life and come and enjoy the country. This cabin is located on the edge of the Eumundi Conservation Park, a place where you can enjoy a bush walk or a lazy bike ride. This eco friendly cabin is fully off the grid with solar power, tank water and even a septic tank. Our property is a horse agistment property with 3 goats and a miniature pony called Jerry. We are only 15min to Coolum Beach, 10min to Yandina and 25min to Noosa, accommodating 2 cabins.

Adorable Doonan hide away

The hide away is nestled amongst silver gums and other native flora situated on our 3-acre property which backs onto a nature reserve. This means there is ample opportunity to spot our local wildlife residents undisturbed such as parrots, frogs, echidnas, kangaroos and possums. This private retreat is ideal for those who want the calm and serenity of the bush and fresh air while also being a close drive or bike ride to Peregian beach, Eumundi and Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

Coolmundi, quite country location, rustic cabin set on 50 acres on an old mango farm amongst natural surrounds with abundant bird and wildlife, rainforest walks, cabin is 150 metres away from main residents, short 10 minute drive to Coolum beaches and central to popular holiday spots Noosa and Mooloolaba, Hinterland, not to mention Eumundi markets. Relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle in amongst the trees!
