Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

It was a pleasure to stay here, everything was very tidy and clean, a comfortable atmosphere and above all in line with what we were looking for for a little girl. I loved it.

The apartment is a dream! Everything you need is there (to cook, relax and feel good) You can walk to the city centre in 5 minutes and yet the apartment is nice and quiet. The owners live in the neighbouring house and have a pottery shop. You can also see this on Airbnb. Everything is full of art. It's beautiful. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent in all aspects. The host is extremely polite and proactive. The apartment is complete with kitchen utensils, washing machine and dryer. Super nice and very well decorated. A few meters away, you will find an excellent restaurant, market, bakery, and more. Easy access to the most varied tourist spots. The host took care of all the details to give us an excellent experience in Arequipa, indicating very interesting tourist spots. I recommend it and would definitely stay with Gonzalo again.

Susana's place is very comfortable, bright, spacious and cozy, as it appears in the photos and is very well equipped and complete. The place is family and private, in addition Susana was aware of everything and was very friendly, friendly and punctual. It is an excellent place to stay. I recommend it 🙌

Excellent accommodation, very organized and unbeatable hosts, they gave us flexibility in the check-in which helped us a lot. The accommodation is super warm, we felt at home. Highly recommended.

Digital nomads dream. Beautiful views, great desk setup, fast internet and spacious apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the extra large tv at night. Super safe area and lots of great cheap eats within a short walk. I rarely crosses the river into cento because the area is less touristy which I loved. Host was very responsive and very helped over my 2 weeks stay.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this apartment. The apartment is well-equipped, fully-furnished with all what you need. Also, the host pays attentions to the details and all stuff such a dishes, bedsheets and so on were of superb quality. Jose was very friendly and helpful - such a great person.

It was the first time I visited Arequipa and I couldn't be happier to have stayed in Yomar's apartment. From days before my trip, Yomar and her husband were attentive to me and my requests, they were always ready to help me, they provided useful directions and recommendations. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. One of the things I liked the most and miss the most, without a doubt, were the views from inside the apartment and the roof. I fully recommend the accommodation and would definitely return. I was very satisfied with everything, Monica and Jose Carlos, they are very nice people, very kind and attentive, as a recommendation it would be good to have a washing machine in the kitchen since there is enough space; but otherwise everything is very nice and comfortable. Good stay in the apartment. The area is safe and has shops and restaurants nearby. Quick response from Ana and Andre, if needed. We had a great time!

Our stay was good. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we had to go, just 10 minutes from everything. Our Host was very friendly and always attentive. He would respond super quickly and helped us with check-in and checkout.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
