Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yan Nawa

The place located the heart of BKK, close to most malls. I often go to Siam and One Bangkok so this place was convenient to me. Overall, I had a great time at the place, the owner was so responsive and friendly, they’re helpful as well; just name whatever you wish for and they’ll get it done for you immediately if they could. However, like the others, this place has its own pros and cons. I’ll split it up here: Pros: - Like I mentioned earlier it’s close to most malls so it’ll be convenient for you if you like going to Siam or One Bangkok for T-pop stars events. - If you’re in Thailand for any concerts in QSNCC like me, the place is pretty close. - There’s a laundry machine and a dryer but it’s coin machine. Cons: - It’s not that close to the MRT, I’d say walkable but still Thailand is too hot to walk. I’d recommend getting grab to get around. - The traffic jam is bad in the early morning and evening. - The place is located in a small alley but taxis can get in. - No lifts.

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

this was a great stay! I especially loved the cleanliness of the space, access to a smart tv with air play, and the great location. The host is responsive and helpful.

Tara's place is lovely; very clean & comfy, from the apartment itself to the furniture, utensils and linen. Internet connection was fast. Quick walk to a 7-11. Laundromat is also super near. You can conveniently dry towels, etc on the racks on the balconies. The place is easy to find for Grab drivers; pin location is correct. Tara is a wonderful and friendly host; she's quick to respond and gives clear, easy to follow instructions with photos included when needed. She also goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home with thoughtful little touches inside her place. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when we get the chance!

We had a wonderful stay at Thambaphol’s Airbnb! The home is located in a fantastic neighborhood in the old town, surrounded by amazing street food, 7-Elevens, massage parlors, and shopping malls – everything you could need is just steps away. The location truly can’t be beat. The Airbnb itself is spacious and super comfortable. The main level has a large open area that’s perfect for dining, relaxing, or watching TV, and upstairs features one very large bedroom and a smaller one – both cozy and clean. The place is spotlessly maintained and has multiple air conditioners, which made our stay cool and comfortable. Thambaphol was an outstanding host with great communication throughout our stay. He even provided helpful local restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a perfect base for exploring the old town and enjoying everything the area has to offer!

Such a lovely home, great choice for friends and family staying.

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

Had a very comfortable stay. House was as pictured and the neighbourhood was very trendy. Would recommend to future guests.

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

My stay at Attaporn’s apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing end to my Thailand trip. The location was convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful. Attaporn was an exceptional host, warm and welcoming, with clear communication and helpful tips. I especially appreciated the early check-in flexibility after my long travel. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ndee's apartment is excellent value for money. It has everything a traveller requires. Not only this but Ndee herself is a honest person. Qatar Airways denied me boarding for no other reason than discrimination (case still under investigation) and Ndee was kind enough to refund the total paid amount. Eventually I rebooked new flights with a good airline (Austrian Airlines) that doesn't discriminate and Ndee was the first person that came to mind when booking a new accommodation. A customer goes where they are treated the best. Thank you for your kindness and most excellent experience!

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Yang's place is perfect for those who wanted a quiet place but has all the amenities nearby. On Nut is a local gem and you can find various food and market in the neighbourhood. The place we stayed are great and the staffs were friendly and kind. It's a great place and we will surely return if we come to Bangkok again.

Milo was a super helpful host, always making sure everything was ok Views are great as are the amenities. Beds are like a rock, but other then that, everything was perfect.
