The accommodation is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is well located, 5 minutes on foot from Yamagoe Station on the Tozai Subway Line and 8 minutes on foot from JR Yamagoe Station, with good security. JR Yamashiro Station is one stop (5 minutes) from JR Kyoto Station. This area is home to many people, so there are many supermarkets, 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants, and bars, so you'll have no trouble finding things while traveling. The house is in a residential neighborhood, so it's very quiet at night, so you can enjoy a stay and experience as if you were living in Japan. You can access all of Kyoto's tourist attractions by public transportation such as trains and buses from the nearest station, JR Yamko Station and Yamko Subway Station. It is also easy to get to Kansai Airport, Osaka, Nara, Tokyo, and many other places. The highway (Kyoto East IC) is a 3-minute drive from the inn. * Free parking is available for 1 car in the parking lot about 300 meters from the house. Also, next to the house, there is a paid coin parking lot, so you can rest assured if you come with multiple cars.

A private rental accommodation that will be fully renovated in 2026. You can stay as if you were living in a calm space. Up to 11 people can stay, but we also have a baby cot available, and the capacity of 11 people is for families with children or families sharing beds. There are two toilets and two bathrooms, For groups of adults only, up to 7-8 people can stay comfortably. The nearest station, Otsu Station, is a 6-minute walk away. There is excellent access, with a direct train to Kyoto Station in 9 minutes, a direct train to Shin-Osaka Station in about 34 minutes, and a direct train to Kobe in about 60 minutes!️ There is also a single transfer via Kyoto Station from Tokyo Station and Kansai Airport. There are restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and a tourist information centre around the station. The convenience store is a 4-minute walk from the accommodation, and the supermarket is a 6-minute walk. The area is not crowded, and you can enjoy a quiet stay ☺️ Fully equipped kitchen. It is a calm space with a Japanese style, with a projector installed in the living room. After sightseeing, please relax by Lake Biwa.
