Regarding the last negative comment, the guest said the jacuzzi wasn't working. The jacuzzi is working perfectly. The guest doesn't know how to operate the jacuzzi, and they say there's no hot water. Regarding the hot water, I wish they had called me and told me. I would have explained that the boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the floor will get dirty.
