The Casa del Cenote Negro is ideal for nature-loving families who want to enjoy Laguna Bacalar. It has a rustic open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining area with ample space for a family gathering. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd room with 2 additional matrimonial beds. There's a lakeside terrace with spectacular views of the Cenote Negro, plenty of seating for outdoor meals & hammocks. The lakeside dock is shared with guests in the other dwellings on the property.

We offer the comforts of a Boutique Hotel in a 100% natural space on the shore of the lagoon better known as La Laguna de los 7 Colores (The Lagoon of 7 Colors). Its seven shades of blue make you enjoy it as if you were in the Caribbean Sea, but with the energy of this beautiful lagoon with its sweet taste and perfect temperature, all year round.

Wake up to the sounds of nature, listen to the birds sing and if you're lucky even monkeys living nearby will visit you. You'll also be able to move, as the co-host is a taxi driver from Xul-Ha and a neighbor of the property.

Beautiful comfortable room with all the amenities needed for a warm stay. It has a king size bed, 1 single bed, A/C, ceiling fans, smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, minibar, coffee maker with coffee beans, WIFI, and its own bathroom. Laguna is just 3 blocks away, the market is 1 block away, and downtown is 3 blocks away. We have 3 bicycles included in the room rate and a full shared kitchen.

Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes drive from downtown Bacalar. The access and space in the lagoon is peaceful and private for our property. There are two other rental units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
