The small house has an indoor area of approximately 32 pings (106 m²) and an outdoor space of up to 14,000 pings (46,066 m²). The estate is managed in a fully eco-friendly manner, with a commitment to not using pesticides and preserving clean air and the natural environment.Each season offers its own unique scenery, and the park is rich in wildlife. You can often spot birds such as the common fantail, great crested eagle, rainbow lorikeet and white wagtail flitting through the forest.
