Holiday houses in X'Tut

The stay is very nice, there was a confusion because we understood that it was a complete accommodation as the ad says but it turns out that they are two suites that share pool and kitchen space. Wouldn't have a problem but the idea was a romantic getaway. Better put "shared accommodation" to avoid confusion. Overall we had a great time, and the cleaning girl was very attentive. The location is also not very central so it was good for us to bring our vehicle. We would come back in another plan but not for a romantic getaway.

Excellent accommodation very close to the Historic Center, very comfortable and pleasant with all the accessories described, the response of the hostess is very timely and very helpful; it is located on the ground floor King size bed very comfortable, very safe and quiet area near the Cenote for swimming, I hope to have the fortune to stay with Imely again.

Wonderful place to rest, super clean and beautiful. Located within a small forest. Cute. The host at all times is very attentive, attentive and very friendly!!! It was excellent.

We had three wonderful days at Villa Lupita over Christmas. The space was the perfect respite after a few busy travel days. The garden is clearly the masterpiece of the house, but the rest of the home also met our expectations. Easy accommodation, nice with covered, private parking and walking distance to everything in Valladolid. Also a huge plus that Evelin and Ivan provide toothpaste, shampoo and the like. There are very few and trifles to spot at the home. If I have to mention a couple, the air conditioning in the bedroom teased a lot, but on the other hand, there was a fan on the ceiling, which worked fine to cool the room down. In addition, there was a pretty clear view of the neighboring property from a window in a door, which made you feel a little less private when there was activity in the garden next door. But it wasn't anything that ruined our overall experience. Additionally, we were unable to immediately access the switches for lighting in the pool area. All in all a super nice experience

Great! There were 4 of us and everyone loved it. The cenote is beautiful and we had it all to ourselves after the close of operation. We will remember the overnight stay at the Hacienda. A great facility and helpful staff. A once-in-a-lifetime experience for the whole family!

Beautiful secure home off the beaten path, clean with great furnishings and landscaping. A lot of effort has been put into this property and it shows.

This Airbnb is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! I loved how peaceful the backyard is. So many different places to relax and you genuinely forget you’re in a city. Short walk to the park and great restaurants nearby. I recommend Casa Ancestra across the street for pastries and Casa Oaxaca Antojitos for dinner!

Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. It is very close to the convent, not so much to downtown, but if you have a vehicle, it's no problem.
