The fractionation and the house are very nice, well cared for, safe and clean. The kitchen is super equipped, you have everything you need to cook like at home and in the roof garden they have a grill and a large super clean jacuzzi. It has 3 air-conditioned, super comfortable rooms with sheets and duvet ideal for the heat. The pool is super clean and has a solar heater, at all times the water is warm, and the gardens are very nice. And Rafael was always vigilant and responding very quickly and kind. Excellent place to disconnect, the area is quiet. We hope to be back soon!

The house is quite spacious, there were towels and some personal hygiene items, everything for cooking and cleaning the kitchen. The only thing is that there is no full-length mirror. We stayed there because we had an event and we needed the mirror. Very accessible with my pet and the pool is always at a pleasant temperature.

The house is just as shown in the photos, the spaces are very nice, especially the terrace. Very safe in the subdivision. The only detail is that the water heater keeps it warm for only about five minutes and then it goes out, so you have to close and reopen the key, but otherwise everything is excellent.

The entrance to the house is simple and private. the cleanliness in the place was good. The internet, water, electricity, etc. worked properly. It didn't give me time to get into the pool as I went to a wedding, but it looked very cool. The check-in time was flexible, but when leaving it was not, it is necessary to leave at the agreed time. The fractionation is safe and quiet, you will feel at home. Alejandro always attentive. Overall the house is very nice, I liked it. Everything is fine I would definitely come back :D

I thought it was a very nice, comfortable and spacious house. It is exactly the same as the description and photos. The pool, despite not having a heater, is at the exact temperature to enjoy it, swim and cool off, since it feels quite hot. It really has what you need to spend a great weekend with family or friends. The area seems to be very quiet and there are several shops a few blocks away. the host and the person who gives you the keys are always on the phone for any questions or needs, really very accessible. once you have the location, it's very easy to get there. I highly recommend it and would return at another time.

The accommodation is very good, the service was excellent at all times and the instructions were precise. My family and I had an amazing time with all the amenities. Maybe an air conditioner would give it a plus. And the entrance for cars is a little high for low cars or vans. I highly recommend it, yes I would return.

Very spacious accommodation, with all the facilities of a well-equipped house, everything working wonderfully, perhaps the only detail I could mention is that when we arrived I assume it had not been opened for a few days and it smelled like a closed house, but once ventilated everything was excellent!!

We were only a short time since we were coming to a concert near here but the time we spent at home was excellent. The pool if it has heating. The house is very clean. The hosts are very accessible! We'll be back soon.

The exact place as in the photos! I didn't have to ask Fabricio anything, he always anticipated my doubts. The house has one of the best locations in the cluster, the pool is huge! We had a lot of heat, so I would have liked to have heating in the house, but we endured with the fans that are located in strategic places in the house. It has everything you need to make a barbecue. Honestly, we didn't need anything. You can tell the manufacturing experience in this Airbnb 👌
