Host was very responsive and helpful. Clean and spacious room. Very open so limited privacy for a larger group but nice space. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Taroko National Park.

謝謝民宿主人準備的早餐及咖啡，一早走出民宿就是新城海堤，就能一賞新城的海景日出，好令人放鬆舒服的地方。

老闆娘人很親切，民宿位於海景第一排，晚上可以伴著海浪聲睡覺，醒來也能聽見海浪聲，可惜我們到的這天下雨，如果好天氣一定會很棒！

早餐很用心的民宿，去的時候風太大，較無法在戶外陽台區放鬆，整體是很棒的～

在花莲市区南边，台11线上。靠近海边，去东大门夜市大概需要车行15-20min左右。景色优美，安静，民宿旁边吃饭的地方不是很多，还有几个餐厅（有一家水产店）。房东很nice，也很负责。这家6层楼的民宿住宅是附近唯一一栋有电梯的，所以搬运行李很方便。水漾房把房间内窗帘都拉开后，感觉特别好。

Stayed here for a month. Amazing neighborhood, it is close to city and beach but still very quiet. If you are morning person you can see beautiful sunrise from viewpoint next to this Airbnb. It is about 15 mins walks to beach. There is restaurant in this Airbnb and there are many of mom and pop restaurants within 5 mins walk. 7 11 / Family Mart, McDonalds/KFC are all about 10 mins walk. It is in very quiet neighborhood so it is nice place to relax but you are close to everything. Host was really responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommend this place.
