百貨公司休息後，真的有夜景，就是隔音普通，聽得到隔壁講話，cp值蠻高

The location is very good, only a 5 minutes walk from Feng Chia Night market. There is also an OK Mart and a self service Laundromat within 2 minutes from the building. The room condition was acceptable for the price. Anna is an amazing host. She responds to questions promptly and clearly.

Great views out of the corner windows! Plenty of room and good storage with built-in cabinets and drawers.

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

房東人非常親切，推薦很多台中的好吃餐廳 房源位置方便，地處市中心，走10分鐘左右即有捷運站可以直接轉高鐵 很喜歡房源的大客廳及工作空間，讓朋友聚會非常愉快，大電視也讓我們共享了美好的Movie night 三間獨立房間讓我們聚會的同時也能保有隱私，兩間衛浴也提供了方便性 房東非常貼心，備有延長線及簡單的杯具供我們使用，由於女生多，吹風機一台稍嫌不足，但分散洗澡還不會太受影響 唯一美中不足就是因為地段關係，房間在晚上還是會聽到一些車聲 但整體是個美好的住宿體驗，下次台中遊也會想選擇這裡

There’s a laundromat just across the street. The place is in an alley but not difficult to find. Water heater and pressure is good but the taps have no heated water and can be very cold during the cold season. The place is nice and good. A suggestion to add some shelves in the bathrooms so that guests have a place to put their own shampoos/conditioners. Can see that it’s also a children friendly place with a baby chair and baby bathtub. An excellent place to stay.

The apartment was somewhat easy to look for and there’s an amazing breakfast place just opposite the apartment building! It’s really peaceful the entire day and the bus stop is just nearby! There’s also a 7-11 just around the corner which is really convenient for us!

The building and apartment were very nice - clean and spacious - and our host was very responsive. The location was also good.

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

房東非常友善，問問題總是回答的非常快速，房間與浴室都很整潔，廚房的水果也有提供食用，以及電視可以看Netflix很方便，大樓旁邊也有免費停車場，不怕車子沒地方停車👍

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!

下次有去台中再去入住.

Stephen is a fantastic host! He is super hospitable and made me feel right at home. His house has everything you need and feels very cozy. He even prepared some fruit and yoghurt every morning and provided snacks. The room is comfortable and has lots of natural light. This is one of those places that Airbnb was meant for, 100% recommended :)
