Relax as the sun sets on this acre and a half property of cottage gardens just 15 minutes north of Toowoomba. The countryside views await you. Wake up to the occasional misty morning view from your bedroom with uninhibited views of the valley to the west. Situated a short distance from the main residence you will enjoy privacy plus in the recently renovated cottage. Our guarantee to you is clean linen upon every visit. We do have roosters in the area and on quiet mornings you may hear them.

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly situated within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 minutes to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Modern & spacious 6 bedroom home, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with tv’s. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery. Set on a 4000m2 block on the edge of Toowoomba in a quiet street with amazing views to the West which can be viewed off the wrap around deck and veranda. I do have an additional house in Middle Ridge that sleeps 12, it may work better for you or for large groups you could book both houses. Dive into the serenity of this unique, off-grid tiny cabin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reset and take a breath. It’s a rustic gem, built from repurposed materials, saved from landfill. It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Charming quiet Toowoomba Studio with views

Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

"Tyson Rise"

Relax and enjoy the stylish setting of this romantic tiny home in nature, overlooking the lights of Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. Enjoy the uninterrupted night sky from the hot tub with a glass of your favourite! "Tyson Rise" has a beautiful view looking east, set on top of a hill on a working property, 25km west of Toowoomba. It is completely private accommodation for two, however if more beds are required, "The Original Biddeston School" is also available to book on our property.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

Escape from the hustle and bustle, and only 25 minutes west of Toowoomba. Stay in the Original Biddeston School (1919). Comfortable and cosy, cottage style accommodation with back deck and full kitchen. Our cottage also has a fireplace and 4 person spa on the deck. Come and experience the peace of country living, blanketed by the stunning night sky whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite around the open fire. We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.

The Teahouse is the perfect home away from home where you can stay in comfort and style. Enjoy the entire space in this quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Located in East Toowoomba, a short walk to Queens Park, Toowoomba CBD and many cafes and restaurants. Fully renovated with new furnishings including extensive kitchenware and cookware items to help make your stay easier. The Teahouse is fully air-conditioned and heated for your added comfort, no matter the weather conditions.

Isobel's Cottage

One-bedroom tiny home with modern open plan living on semi-rural acreage. Close to numerous wedding venues, self-contained, linen provided, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fireplace with breathtaking sunsets. Entertainment provided by playful ball chasing pooches. The cottage located at the end of a Jacaranda lined driveway with sweeping country views and is only 12 minutes from The Ridge Shopping Centre, Preston Peak and Gabbinbar Wedding venues.
