We are unable to offer daily and weekly rentals (we do not have a short-term rental licence, and daily rentals are illegal). We apologise for any inconvenience. Booking steps; (This room does not have a washing machine. There are several 24-hour laundromats outside the building and nearby.) 1. Please submit a request for 29 nights or more. We also host on other platforms, so please enquire about available dates in advance. 2. Complete payment to get an order within 24 hours of approval 3. A simple monthly rental agreement must be completed on the check-in date. 4. When checking out, lock the room and return the key to the designated location to the host. This completes the check-out process, and you may not re-enter the room. "We provide a full-family water purification facility, so please feel free to use it" The following key rules must be read: 1. Guests who enjoy camping will be surprised to find that they can also enjoy such a natural stay near the city, sleeping with frogs and waking up with birds. FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and PXMart are approximately 10–15 minutes on foot. 🅿️Parking space: This property offers indoor mechanical parking and motorcycle parking. If you are coming by car or motorcycle, please let us know in advance, and we will arrange a parking space for you and provide you with the parking space number and key. 🏠 In-room facilities: Brita drinking water is provided in the house, and there is an LG washing machine and dryer on the balcony, both of which can be used. 🚭 No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the indoor balcony (including e-cigarettes). If smoking or residual smoke is found after check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$20,000 will be charged for professional cleaning.
