We also host on other platforms, so please enquire about available dates in advance. 2. Complete payment to get an order within 24 hours of approval 3. A simple monthly rental agreement must be completed on the check-in date. 4. When checking out, lock the room and return the key to the designated location to the host. This completes the check-out process, and you may not re-enter the room. "We provide a full-family water purification facility, so please feel free to use it" The following key rules must be read: 1. No meals included (e.g. breakfast) 2. No parties allowed 3. In the event of a breach of the regulations, the landlord has the right to terminate the contract, withhold any rent already paid, and seek compensation from the platform.

FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and PXMart are approximately 10–15 minutes on foot. 🅿️Parking space: This property offers indoor mechanical parking and motorcycle parking. If you are coming by car or motorcycle, please let us know in advance, and we will arrange a parking space for you and provide you with the parking space number and key. 🏠 In-room facilities: Brita drinking water is provided in the house, and there is an LG washing machine and dryer on the balcony, both of which can be used. 🚭 No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the indoor balcony (including e-cigarettes). If smoking or residual smoke is found after check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$20,000 will be charged for professional cleaning.
