From the very first contact with Adam, he was AMAZING. Very helpful, proactive, and engaging. I felt like I was messaging a friend. The condo was the absolute best! The pictures don’t do any justice to how clean, comfortable, and inviting the space is. Everything was immaculate from the moment we stepped into the front door and throughout. The air conditioning units in each room along with the washer and dryer made our stay that much more comfortable. The beach and boardwalk are 3 1/2 blocks away. Local restaurants are within walking distance and if you have a car, the entire Ocean City Md is yours to explore. The neighborhood is quiet, tucked away from all the hustle-and-bustle of busy beach areas, yet close enough for you to be in the mix within a 5-minute stroll. My family enjoyed every moment here, and are already seeking to plan our next trip to Ocean City at Adam’s condo. Thanks again, Adam.

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

My wife and I stayed at this property 2 weeks ago and it was amazing. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect! It had beautiful ocean views, everything you would need for your stay such as towels, handsoap, dishes, washer & dryer etc. It was very comfortable and the host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Condo was exactly as described! Amazing oceanfront view! I was also impressed with how much room there was. It was cruiser week so it was a tad bit noisy at night, but other than that and the fact we couldn’t stay longer, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

This was my second time staying at Judy's for an organized bike ride, and it was as amazing as my first visit. It is a safe, comfy cozy space for a solo traveler - you feel the Ocean City vibes with a bit more peace and quiet. The parking is convenient, it's easy to come and go, and I always sleep so well and enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds. Not only was it perfect for my bike ride, but it's also so close to Ocean City, the boardwalk, great restaurants (like Sunset Grille!), and other shops/outlets. Judy is friendly and welcoming - thanks again for a wonderful time and I hope to make it for year 3 next spring, if not sooner!

Overall, this place was a 10/10. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I, and with all the amenities included it definitely made our stay more comfortable and convenient. It was really clean and the host even offered a list of things to do and places to go.

Great weekend getaway! The place was clean, cozy, and just a 15-minute walk to the Ocean City boardwalk. The location was quiet but close to all the fun. The host was kind and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful home! It also was very cozy and peaceful. The beach and pier is a nice walk away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. I will most definitely be staying here again!

Just lovely...are the best words to describe this home!! Kristin's place is very well decorated and is spotless. My son had a baseball tournament in the area, so we only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Hotel rates in the Salisbury area are absolutely ridiculous, so we were so glad to have found Kristin's place. Note that there is only one shower, but this home is perfect for a small group. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to get away for some peace and quiet. We had a lacrosse tournament in Berlin and the field was 15 minutes away. Beautiful home and very cozy. Very easy check in and Brenda was very quick to answer any question. Totally worth it!

Rented the home to stay close to Berlin for lacrosse tournament. The home had a room for each dad (2) and the 10 y/o teammates shared the (2) twin bed room. House was spotless inside. Everything was labeled and clear. Perfect solution if you have a tournament lacrosse or baseball in “OC” but it’s actually played in Berlin.

The house was wonderful for Memorial Day weekend! From the privacy to the coziness, my friends and I felt right at home! The outdoor seating added a new level of enjoyment! Altogether, I’m very satisfied with the space and price and Ocean City is less than 20 mins away!

we had a fantastic time at this home. the location was beautiful! The dogs enjoyed their own beach vacation right in the back yard while the family fished off of the pier. the neighborhood was perfect for evening bike rides. everyone had plenty of space to spread out in all of the bedrooms/loft. perfect location near OC and Berlin.

Amazing place! Super clean, so nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything you could think of. Stayed here with my 3 kids and there was more than enough space. Super easy and close walk to the beach, especially with kids. Would definitely stay here again!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

This is my second stay here and I love it! I will definitely be back. The first visit we got engaged on the beach right in front of the condo so we plan on staying at least once a year as long as Brooke has it on Airbnb. Lots of things within walking distance; grocery store, Wawa, CVS, restaurants, icecream, beach stores, mini golf, etc. I highly recommend staying here, the view is worth every penny and so relaxing.

It was a nice place to stay during our vacation and at a good location.
