Woolgoolga is a short 20 minutes drive north of Coffs Harbour and is a beautiful seaside village with Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, Bakeries, Clothes Shops, Clubs, Council swimming pool and more all within a 5 minute walk from the unit. The Seaview tavern is a 2min drive & Woolworths is a 3 min drive away.

Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife .

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Please note we do offer wifi however we are at the hands of the NBN system which can be intermittent and sometimes non at all.

The architect designed, newly renovated 1950's beach side cabin with reflections of the past but adapted to modern living sits in a private, tropical garden metres from a deserted, hidden surf beach. Relax in the hanging outdoor daybed after the beach. Take a bottle of bubbly down to the beach at night and then fall asleep in the air conditioned cabin or with the shutters open to fresh sea air while letting the sound of the waves lull you into a restful sleep.

Arrawarra Beach House

Arrawarra is located 20 min north of Coffs Harbour and 5 min to Woolgoolga. Our beach house is set in a quite village and is just a short walk to the beach and tidal creek... great for the kids. It is only a short drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, pubs and some great restaurants. There is a cycle track all the way to Woolgoolga and walking tracks alone the coast line plus great surfing spots close by. Pet friendly with a Fully fenced yard.

Wattle St Beach House- steps from the beach!

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

Bondy's Surf Shack

Wake up to waves and salt air. Located on Beach at Arrawarra Point, 10min to Supermarket, Cafe's, restaurants, Golf course. Coffs Harbour only 30min away. Front beach is just across road, and steps to a back beach only a few doors away. Bookings have a minimum of two nights from October to May, and 1 night bookings from May till October.
