The house was exactly as described and the set up with the beds was able to fit our larger group perfectly. Kim was very responsive and polite to talk with. We had no issues with checking in or our stay.

Great location, close to everything. The house was comfortable and well appointed for. Parking was a bit tight but doable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

Tonya's place is urban chic in southern Appalachian forest.. really convenient to the amenities of Weaverville and Asheville as well as nature and the wilderness. and a nice backyard gazebo for an evening glass of wine. It was larger and better appointed than I expected..I highly recommend it!!

Overall stay was wonderful. I have a family member who lives down the road from this Airbnb, so it was very convenient. I had a difficult time with the keypad and Ian was kind to come help me at check-in. Like other reviewers mentioned, you can hear noise from upstairs, however that didn’t bother me much as it was very quiet at night. They do provide earplugs, which was a nice touch. Loved the filtered water and the shower had fantastic water pressure. It was raining intermittently throughout my stay and did feel damp, however, it didn’t smell musty. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! We were needing a place to stay while we moved into our new home so that we were comfy and the dogs were stress free. This place was the perfect spot to do that. Cozy, quiet, comfortable beds, lovely outdoor screened in area, and a great place to relax while dealing with the stress of moving.

So happy that we found this lovely tiny home so close to downtown Asheville! Alice was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time as we got delayed. The home was clean and cozy, and even had extra bathroom items in case we forgot anything. Overall would highly recommend the stay and hope to find myself back in Asheville!

Absolutely the perfect location for our girls spa trip to Asheville. I highly recommend booking this place, it was close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. The kitchen was packed with amenities and the beds were extremely comfortable. I have no complaints 10/10!!!

Johanna's place is a beautiful little gem, in a very peaceful location. Although an older style cottage, it has been renovated sympathetically and has all the mod cons. The cottage has everything you need. The bed is very large and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

This place was just right for two people on a quick trip to Asheville. So thankful for the stock of spices and oil to cook with. The Body wash and the shampoo & conditioner was a nice extra. We had everything we needed.

Awesome place to stay. I hope it stays the great value because that'll make us return. Highly recommend at least this place for a small family. But maybe not for adults, because it is a little small for that. But as long as you're all close, it was an awesome stay. Awesome place. We'll definitely stay there again. Lots of attention to detail to the little things and little creature comforts what I believe today.

We are return guests who love staying at this Airbnb! It is an entire second floor of a house with its own private entrance. We enjoy looking out the big front window at the lake, which our dog eagerly is walked around morning and evening. The back screened in porch overlooking the trees is so calming. Great shower, comfortable bed, there is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of to make your stay memorable. It is 10-15 minutes from downtown but near lots of good restaurants that are very close. We hope to stay again when we visit Asheville. Thank you Staci!

This is our second time staying at Rory's apartment. When we found out it was available We did not think twice and booked it right away. Our host’s hospitality and amenities made it a no-brainer! Excellent location to explore downtown Asheville. Accomodation was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable bed and has everything necessary for a short stay. Appreciate the additional information John provided when he found out we were in town for a concert. Having a parking spot and WiFi was important for us.

Our group was new to Asheville and we all felt so at home, comfortable, and cozy in this condo. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to breweries, shops, a co-op, restaurants, and a music venue. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip!

This was a great 2/2 in downtown Asheville. It was clean, comfortable with easy access. Relatively quiet space. My friend had a car and was happy for the guest parking (the street is metered parking and the meter maids are active). The location is good proximity to the airport and the Biltmore (I Uber’d to both). I would definitely recommend this place for your Asheville stay. Cheers!
