Mineola - private house- a few minutes to downtown

A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.

The Historic Brooks House was built in 1900 and has 3 suites available each with their own private entrance. We offer guests a private pass-coded entrance to their suite. Includes coffee station, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Large unfenced back yard where you can relax and feed the squirrels.
